2012

Wow, 2012! This is either gonna be a new beginning, or the beginning of the end! (I am aware that I just started this post with two sentences that end with an exclamation point, and I apologize for that. I just love using these babies!!!!! But I will try to control myself.)

Yes 2012 will be an interesting year. Growing up I remember how crazy 1999 was! (sorry) Y2K never have two letters and a number sounded so scary. If twitter was around back then, Y2K would have been trending. I was just a kid in elementary school so honestly I had no idea what it meant. All I knew was that it was feared. Some people said Y2K stood for "Year 2 Kill", and machines would rise against mankind. Others said that machines would just stop working and we would live in darkness. I'm guessing the story changed from place to place but the fear was still the same. The reason I'm bringing this up is because 2012 is finally here and well some people are freaking out.

I honestly don't think the world will end this year. I'm not scared like I was back in 1999. As a kid pretty much everything scares you. But for me 2011 had some really scary moments. I live in New York and last year I survived a hurricane, that kinda turned into a tropical storm by the time it hit New York so it wasn't so bad. I also survived an earthquake, which only lasted for about 20 seconds but those were the worst 20 seconds of my life! (I'm not apologizing for that one) I survived a bad break up between my parents that kinda got ugly. But they are back together now so naturally I'm scared shitless. Yes I had some scary moments last year, I can't wait to see what 2012 has in store for me. How about you? Take care .....David! (sorry I had to do it)

I'm Back!

For the -2 people who read my first two posts, guess what? I'm back! I know it's been almost two years, and I apologize.

I bet your wondering what I've been doing, and the truth is I've been very busy. I finished community college back in 2010, it was one of the reasons I never blogger again. I know what your thinking, "community college isn't that tough!" But trust me there were times where I felt like dropping out. But I didn't, I kept going and got an associates degree in liberal arts back in August of 2010. Now your probably wondering what I've been doing since then, am I right? No? Well like I said before I've been busy! Funny thing actually one year ago today I subscribed to Netflix. So that's what I've been doing, I've been watching stuff on Netflix!

I'm unemployed and I'll be honest people kinda freak me out. So I'm pretty much home all the time. That's where Netflix comes in very handy. I can no longer stand live TV! Netflix is commercial free so I no longer have to watch a 45 minute show in one whole hour! In a way I save 15 minutes to watch something else.

Well I'm gonna take off now this post is pretty long. I promise it won't take me a year and 10 months to post again! Happy New Year!

My First Blog!

Dear: ...... who ever is reading this.

This is my first blog entry ever! I know what you're thinking, "Where in the world have you been?"! But yes it's my first blog and I have no idea how they work. But we learn from our mistakes, right?

I'm not sure what one blogs about in a first blog, when you are born no one knows that you were just born (Well your family will and the doctor and your mom definitely knows you were born!) But I mean everyone else in the world. You're nameless until your parents give you a name, right? I don't know if you see were I'm going with this but then again neither do I. My point is this blog is like a baby that has just been born. Know one knows it exist and I gave it a name that will come back to haunt me in the future! Just like your children (maybe even you) grow up hating their own names.

If you're reading this then you know my blog exists and it has a name. I'm not sure what i named it because I kinda rushed the process. But I think it might be David's Blog. (That's what my dad said when he saw me in the hospital "I think it might be mine") We have one thing in common. We don't recognize our own creations.

But anyway like i wrote before this is my first blog and my first blog post ever! I have never done one before so don't leave me any mean comments or something. Can you leave comments? or is that only YouTube? I'll find out soon enough.

If you're reading this you know my blog exists, which is a pretty good feeling isn't it? Knowing someone knows you exist.
